You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Hive connection keys and account authentication credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

Our services are billed based on consumption as outlined on our Pricing Page. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our services. Amounts due must be paid on time to avoid service disruption.

4. Termination of Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of our services.

5. Limitation of Liability

HiveArea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses. Our service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties or representations as to its performance or availability.
